Theta State
Breathwork can gently guide you into a theta brainwave state — the “twilight zone” between wake and sleep 🌙✨. In this state, the busy mind quiets, and deeper layers of awareness open up.

💖 Emotional release & healing: Because the logical mind quiets, suppressed emotions or traumas can emerge and integrate.

🔥 ACTIVATION – We begin with a central breathing exercise (which varies each time). Depending on the session, we may explore:

• Energizing techniques (e.g., hyperventilation-based methods)
• Vagus nerve activation for deep nervous system regulation
• Pelvic floor focused breathing
• Gentle, peaceful breathing for relaxation & clarity
