# ✨ CI Tune-Up: Explore & Learn Contact Improvisation ✨

🌿 What is it?
A regular Contact Improvisation (CI) Tune-Up — a short, focused space, like a mini class (or mini laboratory), to explore, learn, and practice CI in a safe and supportive environment.

💃 Each session, a unique movement pattern will be introduced by the facilitator as an offer. Participants can:

• Try to master the move ✨
• Collaborate and support each other 🤝
• Troubleshoot movements they’re working on 🔄
• Or simply practice their own flow 🌊

👉 The idea is to experiment and sharpen your tools before stepping onto the dance floor at the jam that follows. Unlike a jam, here we break the rule of silence — talking, interacting, and stepping in are all encouraged.
🛡️ Safety first! Half of the studio’s floor will be covered with tatami mats for higher-impact exercises and riskier moves.
💸 Cost:

• 7€ for the Tune-Up only
• 5€ if you also attend the Contact Jam afterwards (19:30)

📝 Bonus: Sign-up list opens every Monday. Anyone who signs up on this day gets early/preferential signup for the jam afterwards.
📍 Where: Espacio Bohemia, Málaga
🕒 When: Sundays, 18:45–19:15 (bi-weekly for now, may become weekly with demand)
🙌 Open to all — no need to attend the jam to participate. Drop-ins welcome!

# ✨ CI Tune-Up: Explora y Aprende Contact Improvisation ✨

🌿 ¿Qué es?
Un Contact Improvisation Tune-Up regular — un espacio (como una mini clase o mini laboratorio) enfocado para explorar, aprender y practicar CI en un entorno seguro y de apoyo.
💃 En cada sesión, el facilitador presentará un patrón de movimiento único como propuesta. Los participantes pueden:

• Intentar dominar el movimiento ✨
• Colaborar y apoyarse mutuamente 🤝
• Resolver movimientos que les cuesten 🔄
• O simplemente practicar su propio flujo 🌊

👉 La idea es experimentar y afinar tus herramientas antes de pasar a la pista de baile en el jam que sigue. A diferencia de un jam, aquí rompemos la regla del silencio: se puede hablar, interactuar y participar activamente.
🛡️ ¡Seguridad primero! La mitad del suelo del estudio estará cubierto con tatamis para los ejercicios de mayor impacto y movimientos más arriesgados.
💸 Precio:

• 7€ solo para el Tune-Up
• 5€ si también asistes al Contact Jam después (19:30)

📝 Bonus: La lista de inscripción abre cada lunes. Quienes se apunten ese día tendrán preferencia en la inscripción al jam posterior.
