R*ns every Thursday at 6:30pm and the first Saturday of each month.

Visitors are most welcome. Contact us (http://sth3.org/contact) with any questions!

More info can be found here: http://sth3.org/

Join us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/111878008828493/).

We usually get 35-50 people at our runs, and not everyone is on meetup.

Oh, and it's good for you to drink beer after a run! Proof here (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/feb/10/scientists-suggest-beer-after-workout/)
