This interactive professional development training is designed for employees who identify as neurodiverse or neurodivergent who want to strengthen their self-advocacy skills and to better understand and have strategies for how to navigate and thrive in the workplace.

Through applied theater methods and reflective learning, participants will examine real-world scenarios, identify personal and systemic challenges, and practice strategies for effective communication, self-advocacy, and collaboration. The training integrates individual reflection with group dialogue to help participants recognize their strengths and develop practical approaches to requesting support and accommodations.
