ThisAbility in Action

ThisAbility in Action aims to raise awareness of social, cultural, and sports activities available to individuals with physical disabilities across Metro Detroit and Southern Ontario.

Our goal is to build and strengthen a vibrant community of people with physical disabilities who lead active, fulfilling, and connected lives in the region.

To start, we’ll be sharing events organized by other groups that specialize in adaptive and accessible activities. As our network grows, we plan to host our own meetups—spaces where we can connect, share ideas, and support one another in improving our lives.
