What we’re about

Have you been feeling like you need to make a change? A small change maybe as large changes seem overwhelming? You’re feeling out of shape and don’t know where to begin? We go on one hour and forty minute(10,000 steps on average and 10k) a morning walks through the neighbourhood(and some close by surrounding areas). This is by no means an intermediate level group just a moderate level walk. A judgement free zone for people looking to add a positive change.

This group is for women looking to get in shape through some outdoor natural exercise, meet new people and have some company while doing so. No commitment to recurring events expected. Just pop in whenever you’re available and feeling in the mood! We will be walking in the peaceful residential areas, as well as some easy/light trails and parks. Please feel free to bring headphones if you’d prefer a silent walk with no conversation.

Baby strollers welcome, we won’t however be stopping for older kids to play at the park etc so keep this in mind and plan accordingly.

Dogs are more than welcome so please understand if you do not want dogs around, this is probably not going to be a comfortable situation for you. Keep in mind, every event is different and there won’t always be dogs present. Certain walks, dogs will not be allowed as it may be an area that does not permit. In this case, you will be warned ahead of time.
