Introduction to EventStorming

In this Meetup we'll give an introduction to EventStorming.

EventStorming is a rapid, lightweight and intense group modeling technique that we use to quickly understand domains and accelerate teams in designing software solutions.

The business process is "stormed out" as a series of domain events. The result is expressed in sticky notes on a wide wall. Basic idea is to bring together software developers and domain experts and learn from each other. By combining of facilitated group learning practices from Gamestorming and the principles of domain-driven design (DDD) this technique isn't limited to software development only. You can basically apply it to any technical or business domain, especially those that are large, complex, or both.

To make this learning experience easier, EventStorming is also meant to be fun.
