Abstract
Have you been making retro exercises for your teams but wonder how much value these exercises are bringing to the teams?
In this short talk, Shining is going to introduce an idea to choose or design an exercise based on your team's current needs. Since there are so many different kinds of team needs, it will be a great place for us to share with each other what we have encountered and learn from each other.
