Have you ever had to develop/test a new Business model or perhaps discover/document an existing model? What core elements of a Business do you look at?

Business Model canvas(BMC) is a visual tool using which one can explain the core elements that drive a business. It helps visualize what is important and forces users to address key areas. It can also be used by a team (employees and/or advisors) to understand relationships and reach agreements

For Start-up enthusiasts, Business analysts, Product owners and Product managers - this is a great opportunity to learn a different way to design/evaluate a business model.

Non-product folk are also most welcome, this is your chance to get a deeper understanding of any Business Model.

Vishak Dinaker has been working as a Business Analyst with a lot of Multi-domain experience. He enjoys building digital solutions for complex business problems and is passionate about aligning Business value with IT for a better business strategies. He loves to identify the right problem to solve and looks to using innovative tools to collaborate with clients and deliver value to end users.

Ammara Gafoor works as a Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks . She specialises in working with companies that are struggling with their business model, finding gaps and working with them to provide solutions. She is most proud of “AnalyticsInHR” a company she co-founded and is currently successfully running itself. She loves meeting fun new exciting people and fun casual yet insightful conversations
