Picnic and Setting SMART goals workshop at Conejo Creek North Park

It's beautiful outside! And I hope you love this cute community park next to TO Library as much as I do.
We can sit at the benches by the pond if we want some shade, or simply on a grass. Bring your favorite snack, a drink, a blanket.
After some chatting, and introductions, we will be working on setting goals. The concept is called AIM SMART. Think about a goal your are working towards now or want to start working. Bring a journal and a pen or tablet to take notes with.
