In September we'll be exploring the relationship between operations and sales & marketing.
For example, you may like to consider;
• At what point should you begin marketing?
• If your business has no gap here; why and how did this come about? Or did you kill marketing accidentally, or intentionally?
• What causes of the gap can be identified? Might it be skills, language, bad experience or simply fear?
• In what ways are sales & marketing and operations fundamentally the same?
By attending you can pool and explore specific issues that you face within your own operation or industry domain, drawing on the shared experiences of others.
We'll be joined by Andrew Callard for this discussion;
Andrew has built two £1M+ business units as the senior operational manager. He has managed 12 Innovate UK materials-based projects which took a company from the garage to the AIM and won significant European and UK funding for blue sky and applied research in IT and IS. Yet he is a marketing and start-up/growth coach at Aimed Business.
