Move, Taste & Connect: How Change Shapes Our Lives and Ecosystems
Three Gems Amsterdam is a community for people who want to slow down, connect with others, and explore ways of living that are more mindful, compassionate, and in harmony with nature.
Our gatherings combine mindful movement, conscious dining, and philosophical dialogue.
We begin the evening with a gentle Kum Nye yoga session led by Iloy, who has experience teaching this Tibetan healing tradition. We then share a thoughtfully prepared plant-based dinner by Samantha and Lorenzo, graduates of Slow Food's University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy. After dinner, we gather for a facilitated philosophical dialogue in which everyone participates as equals.
You're welcome to join us for one, two, or all three parts of the evening.
To support the venue and the preparation of our shared plant-based dinner, we suggest a contribution of €30–€45, which helps make these gatherings possible in a sustainable way.

This session's dialogue
This gathering explores the theme of change and impermanence, and how these shape both our individual lives and the living ecosystems of which we are a part.
This is not a lecture or a debate. Instead, we'll engage in a shared philosophical inquiry where everyone is invited to contribute, listen deeply, and explore ideas together with curiosity and respect. No background in philosophy is needed, only an open mind.
Whether you're interested in philosophy, ecology, yoga, plant-based food, mindfulness, or simply meaningful conversation, you're warmly welcome.
