Welcome to THRIVE – where good vibes, great people, and new adventures come together! This is a social group for Gen X and 45+ singles who enjoy connecting, exploring, and having fun. While most members are in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, we welcome all like-minded singles who vibe with our generation’s energy.

Thanks for volunteering to host! Here’s a quick checklist to help you plan a great event:
- Pick a group-friendly activity that fits our vibe and current members.
- Plan ahead: Choose a location, note parking/restrooms, and check for any costs or menus.
- Be available to answer member questions and manage the waitlist if needed.
- Arrive early, stay through the end to welcome guests and wrap things up smoothly.
First-time hosting? Message us directly—we'll gladly help with your event post!

They start at 7:00.
We will get there at 6:00 to socialize before the 16 piece band starts swinging!!!!**** Cost at the door: $10.00 (cash only)
Performance by: TBA BIG BAND!
The TBA Big Band plays music from the swing era and beyond and pays tribute to greats such as Glen Miller, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, and others. Local composers and arrangers are featured as well. All of the musicians are first-call professional instrumentalists with extensive backgrounds performing jazz and commercial styles. Many members are current or retired college music professors from UNF, JU, and FCCJ.## Bit’O’History: Mudville Music Room
one of the oldest listening rooms in Jacksonville. It was started by the most esteemed godfather of Jacksonville live music, the renowned Ray Lewis.
The listening room has a long and rich history of music reverberating through its walls as Lewis brought in a wealth of local and national music talents on its stage through the years. Mudville Listening Room is now hosted by Jacksonville singer-songwriter Mark R Williams.Mudville Music Room is an adjunct to Mudville Grille.
