This practical and inspiring workshop helps women understand the real story behind menopause, what’s happening in your body, why symptoms vary, and how to thrive through this powerful transition. You will find a welcoming and judgment-free zone where you can connect with other women sharing the same journey and finally be seen and heard.
Topics include:

  • Understanding perimenopause and menopause, what’s normal and what’s not
  • The truth about hormones, HRT, and natural options
  • Nutrition strategies to protect bone, muscle, brain & heart health
  • Managing symptoms such as hot flushes, low libido, mood changes, and sleep disruption
  • Supporting pelvic floor, sexual health, and wellbeing
  • Building a menopause-informed health-care team that works for you

Presenters:
Renee Bailey: Renee is a Certified Practising Nutritionist, Sexologist and Womens Health Expert. She combines expertise in clinical nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and sexology to help women navigate midlife with
clarity, confidence, and evidence-based strategies.
Dr Sarah McDonnell: Dr Sarah is a GP with a special interest in the management of menopausal symptoms and women’s health in midlife and has a strong interest in women’s wellbeing during perimenopause and menopause.
Shauna Browne: Shauna is a Physiotherapist with strong interest in pelvic health and women’s healthcare. She is passionate about empowering women to understand and embrace their bodies holistically throughout every stage of their life.
