Venice Art Walk and Lunch
Details
Join us for the 47th annual Venice Family Clinic Art Exhibition + Auction (formerly Venice Art Walk), and optional lunch thereafter at The Butcher’s Daughter.
The exhibition is free to the public and showcases works from over 150 artists who are both established, emerging, and mid-career artists.
For more info about the exhibition visit
Venicefamilyclinic.org/artexhibition
We meet out front of the gallery (a commercial building)
at 11:15 and will go inside at 11:30 am.
Plan some extra time for parking as it can be a little tricky in Venice. The best is usually to look on the streets north of Abbot Kinney.
At 11:30 am there is a panel discussion about the impact art collection has on the public beyond personal acquisition.
There will be a coffee table with refreshments.
At around 1pm we head over to The Butcher’s Daughter for lunch and to get to know each other-
Perhaps we have a discussion about what art means to you whether it’s simply something social to do, or if it has a special place in your heart that enhances your experience of life.
Maybe you’re an artist and would like to share your story and inspire others….
(Just no unsolicited lecture).
The restaurant is only a couple of blocks away from the gallery.
If you chose to meet up only for lunch, meet us at 1 pm outside the gallery or at The Butcher’s Daughter right around 1:15pm.
If you run late or can’t find us, please text me at
323-404-6613.
Address:
The Butcher’s Daughter
1205 Abbot Kinney Blvd, CA 90291
To check out the menu, go to:
www. Thebutchersdaughter.com
They have a menu with a wide variety including some vegan options.
Please, do indicate in the comment section if you will join us for lunch so that I can give an accurate number to the restaurant and make sure that they can seat us all.
If you want to check out the gallery on your own after lunch, they’re open until 6pm!
Looking forward to meeting you!😊
