Come thrive and vibe and rejuvenate your body and mind with a walk and talk and movements based on Pilates and Yoga.
Expect a gentle yet invigorating 35-40 minute Pilates/Yoga/Breath session to wake up your body and clear your mind; to enhance a sense of peace and joy.

Thereafter we’ll take a short walk on the path through Ballona Discovery Park along the creek, the greenery, and chirping birds. Then continuing the walk through the neighborhood to Playa Vista Concert Park and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf,
Altogether about a 15 minute walk.
(You may decide to take your car instead of doing the walk, but parking is unlimited all day on Sundays at the Sports Park where we start out. Parking is usually limited right around The Concert Park.)

We go grab our preferred drink & bite and gather around a table by the concert park as close as possible to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

If you missed the exercise and walk, expect us to be at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf around 12:45.
Address: 13020 Pacific Promenade #9, Playa Vista, CA 90094.

Please text me at 323-404-6613 if you’re running late or can’t find us.

Depending on how many interesting and fun things we have to talk about we’ll be back to our cars around 2/2:15pm.

Things to bring:
Water
A blanket/towel, and/or yoga mat.
If you have a sensitive neck; bring something to prop in-under as we might lie down for a bit.
An extra sweater…
You never know about the weather…..

For the Feet:👣
I suggest you let your feet breathe and ground in the grass whilst in the park….
It’s also the best in order to be able to use your whole foot when doing the exercises.

How to Find Us:
Once you’ve parked on the street outside the Park (best on Bluff Creek Dr) walk towards the bathrooms.
When you have passed the bathrooms you’ll have a playground on your right and the sports courts on your left. Continue straight on the walkway and you’ll see us on the grass ahead.

Looking forward to meeting you!🤗

Oh, lastly…..almost!
