The perfect way to transition from your busy day into an evening of renewed wellbeing.

It's been a long time since I've hosted an event here in our Thrive Meetup group!

But with the coming of spring, I'm eager to start scheduling more wellness workshops for us to learn, practice healthy living and connect together.

This is a weekly, in person event in downtown Boston which is also posted in a labyrinth walking meetup group that I run.

Join us on Tuesday evenings after work this spring and summer.

Each week wellness coach and mindfulness educator, Katrina Piehler will lead a short Qigong class (a simple body-mind practice that weaves together gentle stretching, mindful breathing and flowing movements) followed by a meditative walk on the beautiful labyrinth at the Armenian Heritage Park on The Greenway.

Come destress, replenish your energy and connect in community.
