***
When you’re busy keeping things running, it’s easy to lose sight of your customers’ biggest frustrations or skip testing what actually works. This session helps you step back, refocus, and bring a clear, customer-centered lens to your daily decisions.
At ThriveHUB Foundation, we got you. A registered 501,C(3)non profit dedicated to Small Business success in Washington, we’re a community designed around one simple idea — when entrepreneurs, builders, and creators have a safe space to test ideas, share openly, and learn together, better businesses emerge.
Join us for our next free workshop series: Design Thinking for Daily Business, led by international Design Thinking expert, Lubi Lutz:
Guys, you don’t need a big budget or endless time to design great customer experience. As a small business, you already care about each one of your customers. Only 10 minutes a day with Design Thinking can help you see problems more clearly and test small fixes that save energy and grow your business.
What we’ll do in this session
In our first 2 sessions, we explored how small businesses can use Design Thinking to uncover customer pain points and test simple, practical improvements. We also explored how prototyping in design thinking turns abstract ideas into tangible experiments that accelerate learning and innovation.
Next up, we’ll build on those ideas— turning insights into action with quick, real-world steps you can take right away.
