A lot of professionals know they’ve done valuable work. The harder part is explaining the impact, turning it into a compelling story, and having evidence that shows what they’re capable of.

If you’ve attended any of our previous Meetups, you’ve probably seen some of the career tools and artifacts I’ve created and used for myself. Now I want to share those same tools with you.
The "Impact to Evidence" cohort is designed to help you take the work you’ve already done and turn it into clear career evidence you can actually use, in interviews, promotion conversations, networking, and your broader career strategy.

Across the series, you’ll begin building the foundation of your own career portfolio through your Impact Ledger, Interview Story Bank, and Career Evidence Portfolio.

This is a working cohort, not a passive workshop series. Participants should plan to attend all three sessions, complete the between-session work, and bring real examples from their career so they can leave with finished, usable career assets.

Session 1: Build Your Impact Ledger
Bring examples of work where you improved something, solved a problem, influenced a decision, reduced risk, saved time, increased quality, supported growth, or helped a team succeed.

Session 2: Build Your Interview Story Bank
Turn that evidence into strong stories you can use in interviews, networking conversations, performance discussions, and promotion conversations.

Session 3: Build Your Career Evidence Portfolio
Bring your strongest work together into a portfolio that helps people see your capabilities beyond the resume.

The Impact to Evidence Cohort will meet on three consecutive Fridays and will be separate from our regular free ThrivePoint Meetups.

This small-group pilot is designed as a hands-on working experience, giving participants dedicated time to build their Impact Ledger, Interview Story Bank, and Career Evidence Portfolio with live coaching and feedback.
