Every couple of months I do a three day reset. I track what I'm eating and various other factors that influence insulin sensitivity and I go back to the routines that I know work for me. Then I review, adjust and reset.

It's a little bit of a personal science experiment. And while it can be frustrating (head spin off level) at times, sometimes I actually enjoy it. I can increase my insulin sensitivity and build positive practices. It's not intuitive, but I've found that a little structure and discipline - at least most of time - can lead to more freedom with diabetes.

I'm planning to do another reset. Anyone want to join me for your own version of the 3 day reset?

It's completely personal but we can share strategies, ideas, what's working (and what's not) and just support each other along the way.

This would be the kick-off call and we can go from there.
