I’ll gently guide you through my daily self-healing ritual — a loving blend of spontaneous heart-centered affirmations, vagus-nerve toning, modernized EFT tapping, and Barbara Brennan Energy Healing.

Flow of our hour together (very gentle, very flexible):
• A few minutes of quiet arrival and settling — however long feels right
• An open invitation for brief check-ins (share only if you wish — silence is equally welcome)
• The heart of our time: 30–40 min guided healing meditation with affirmations, heart connection, and energy clearing
• Optional closing circle + feedback whenever it feels complete

Privacy & comfort note: Camera and mic off is completely fine. You can stay fully anonymous and still receive the full benefit.
