Prepare for 2026 by taking a moment to pause, unplug, and reset through presence, community, and guided journaling + meditation.

We'll open with a vibe check and grounding exercise, then do some mindful journal reflection on the past year, set intentions for the new year, and end with a 15-20 minute meditation.

'Exit the Matrix' is open to all mindfulness and meditation experience levels and is led by an ICF-Certified coach and Mindfulness Mentor.
