Meet new people and get to know each other. Have a "Catch and a Conversation!"
Whether you haven't thrown the ball in a while or looking to keep your arm warm during the offseason, come out and "have a catch!"
We provide the baseballs, softballs, footballs and frisbees.
You provide your glove.
We meet at Mission Bay Park at De Anza Cove across from the Golf Driving Range. If it rains, please assume the event is cancelled. Text Ryan (619)540 2479 if you can't find the exact location when you arrive.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in throwup and catchup which includes activities such as throwing/catching a baseball or football and jogging. I am aware that these activities involve inherent risks of serious injury, including but not limited to:
- Minor Injuries: Bruises, scrapes, and sprains.
- Major Injuries: Injuries to the shoulders, arms, chest, and lower back; joint or bone injuries to ankles and knees.
- Severe Injuries: Potential for permanent paralysis, facial injuries (eyes, nose, mouth, ears), and even death.
- Environmental Risks: Hazards related to weather, uneven terrain, or the actions of other participants.
I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the organizers, to the fullest extent permitted by law
