We host men’s circles, retreats, and practices for regulation, clarity, and real connection
This group is for men who want to slow down, get out of their heads, and build steadiness in how they show up in their lives, relationships, and leadership.
Our work specifically focuses on nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and personal responsibility. Rather than self-improvement or performance, the focus here is on presence, honesty, and learning how to stay grounded during intensity, challenge, and transition.
Our offerings may include:
- Men’s support and integration circles
- Fire walking experiences
- Plant medicine journeys
- 1:1 coaching
- Shame-focused workshops
- Sexuality healing
This work is trauma-informed, invitational, and grounded in personal agency. Participation is always by choice, and men are encouraged to engage at their own pace. Practices are experiential and embodied, but never forced or performative.
Thru The Fire is not about fixing yourself. It’s about learning how to meet your life with steadiness, honesty, and presence and discovering what becomes possible when you do.
