The Inner Temple of Witchcraft year long Book Study Lesson 2

This has been the book I have read this year - one lesson per month. It has been a really great way to connect and understand my energy better. I find Christopher Penczak has a great, informative writing style that I can really appreciate. There are some really great meditations and exercises to do throughout the book and it has truly been a enlightening experience. There are some exercises that require or would be better with a partner, and in general, I think this would be a great book to go through together or as a group, with a monthly reflection.

I am busy re-reading it with a friend at the moment. If you would like to join us for lesson 2, you would be more than welcome to. The text is really interesting and it would serve people who would be interested in learning more about meditation, and practicing things like seeing Auras, working with your guides, dreamwork, and a whole lot of great energy and psychic work.

We will be doing a lesson a month and then coming together to review what we learnt and practice the exercises.
