LA CASA NOVA - by Carlo Goldoni (Palace Court Theatre, Bournemouth)

This is presented by AUB Productions, ie drama students from the Arts University. We were favourably impressed with The Ballad of Maria Marten and hopefully this will be as good. La Casa Nova is a comedy set in Italy in the 1770s. Background can be found here. Or just Google it.

It's at the recently (semi)-restored Palace Court Theatre in Bournemouth. The theatre is a 1930s Art Deco building which was purchased by the University in 2020 and is now available for public performances after a 40-year hiatus.

Tickets cost £13.20 (concessions £4.00) and are available here. Seats aren't numbered and we'll meet in the foyer from 7pm.
