The purpose of this session is to help you cultivate awareness in your everyday life with the help of meditation.

Meditation is intended to cultivate awareness, which has a profound impact on your everyday life. If our awareness is low, we cannot recognize the thought-patterns and habits that guide our lives. Many of these habits and thought patterns cause us to do, say, or think things that ultimately cause us to suffer. In order for us to overcome this suffering, we first need to become aware of the conditions we unconsciously create that lead to this suffering. Being aware is therefore essential if you want to make lasting changes in your life.
This is why we will be focusing on cultivating awareness during this session. In order to better understand awareness and meditation, we will first examine a few theoretical points. We will then practice a meditation that helps you develop your awareness. The session will conclude with questions & answers and reflections on our experiences.
