## Airport Free Picking up and Drop Off Notice:

We provide scheduled shuttle transfers between Lhasa Airport/train station and downtown hotels. Our team coordinates arrivals and departures, with transfers arranged upon landing and pre-scheduled for departures.
For optimal efficiency, we recommend aligning flights with our shuttle timetable. Groups smaller than three passengers may be accommodated via public transport.

## Important Notes:

  1. A 3000 RMB deposit is required upon sign-up; the remaining balance must be paid one week before departure.
  2. Hotel rooms are twin-sharing by default. Solo travelers will be paired with a same-gender traveler where possible; otherwise, a single room supplement will apply.
  3. Tibet permits will be processed 2–4 weeks before departure. Airfare booking services are available, but any changes or cancellations are not the responsibility of the agency if permit issues arise due to uncontrollable factors.
