TiE NY is delighted to invite you to our April Open Mic Night. Please note that this is a paid event for non TiE members.

TiE New York’s monthly Open Mic Night is the chapter’s flagship event focused on networking and pitching for New York’s entrepreneur ecosystem. Held on the second Tuesday of every month, Open Mic Night (OMN) allows entrepreneurs to meet and connect with fellow founders, investors, venture capitalists, and business leaders.

Keynote Speaker: Amanjeet Saluja

Topic: Building a solid business plan

This Open Mic Night we are excited to welcome our charter member Amanjeet Saluja. Aman is an experienced business leader who has scaled and successfully exited multiple entrepreneurial ventures in data analytics and cloud software across US and India. While successful across all aspects of business, he is particularly skilled at driving growth (organic and inorganic), improving sales efficiency, optimizing costs, cultivating high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. He is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur before earning his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He stays in Ridgewood, Bergen county, NJ with his wife and two children. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an ardent golfer.

Open Mic Night: Pitch Your Idea to a Crowd

Start-up founders will have two minutes to pitch their ideas, followed by a three-minute Q&A session. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your venture and gain valuable feedback from investors and fellow entrepreneurs.
