First Meetup

Hi,

We will have our first meeting on the 19.06 starting at 18:30 at Startup Hub.

the agenda for the first meetup:

• introductions
• why js - Raul
• Understanding and measuring web performance - Bogdan Gaza
• Closures and js module pattern based on a refactoring example - Raul
• themes for next meetups

for the refactoring i will take a small piece of code and try to refactor it, also covering closures and the module pattern (that i use a lot :) )

this will lead into a open-dialog part, where we can discuss different approaches.

if you have any samples that we can use, please let me know, we can also consider them for future meetings. maybe it becomes a permanent slot :)
