Getting microservices right - joint meetup with IBM-Developer-Romania

Details
Nowadays, tech world focuses on microservices. Why?
Because the ability to break up monolithic applications into smaller, independently managed and updated components seems like a heaven-sent approach to IT organisations overwhelmed by demands to move faster. Microservices offer more flexibility, faster time to market, and the removal of the barriers to scaling associated with the monolithic approach. They do hold enormous potential for changing the enterprise application ground rules.
But microservices design isn't exactly easy and unfortunately, most of the information out there about microservices explains why you should use them, but not how.
Come and join us on 12th March, where concerns such as "Is the way we do it the right way?" will be addressed, together with an enumeration of best practices which are mandatory to get microservices right.
Here's our agenda for the evening:
18.00 → 18:30
Doors open & networking
18:30 → 20:00
What is needed to do microservices right and Q&A
20:00 → ∞
Free discussions & networking
Our speaker, Florin Jurcovici, has a 5 years’ experience in projects based on microservices architecture and he is going to talk about what he identified in terms of missing knowledge and practices that cause microservices projects to fail or run inadequately.
Don't miss this special event! Looking forward to seeing you there!
