UX/UI Timisoara Meetup #12

Hi everyone,
Meetup #12 comes Thursday, March 3rd, with a new format.
I'm trying to get you to know each other and work together :)
We'll have 2 mobile apps to discuss, one presented by the owner (who needs feedback) and one presented by me.
We'll create small work groups to come up with UX improvements and we'll visualize with hand sketched wireframes.

I'll bring printed templates to help you out and you can bring your favorite pen :)

Work structure for each app:
• 10 minutes - app presentation and questions
• 30 minutes - working time (ideas & sketching)
• 20 minutes - teams present ideas and receive questions
Process:
Each one of you will write his/her name and profession on a colored post-it
(3 colors: designers, developers, others)
This will happen on your arrival.

We'll have 4 mixed teams of 8 people.
Team is the keyword :)
Each team receives printed templates for sketching.
- small ones (3 on A4) for work
- large ones (1 on A3) for presentation
I have iOS and Android templates, for the serious fans :))
I'll also have some pens available, but please bring your own.

Each team works separately on their proposals (30 minutes).
The result is a wireframe or a flow of wireframes drawn on the large templates.
During this time, me and the project owner will walk around and observe activities at each table.
One team member is assigned to be the presenter.
Each presenter has 5 minutes to present the team's idea and have a short Q&A session.
After the 2 scheduled work sessions of one hour each, we can continue the Q&A or talk about the weather and beer :)

Side notes:
Alt Club is a private club. Please tell them at the entrance that you're coming to the UI/UX Meetup.
Drinks can be ordered at the bar, near the entrance.
We'll probably be at the first floor.
