Once again, for the forth year in a row, Timișoara Mobile Development Group aligns with the Computers Department of the Automatics and Computers Faculty of Politehnica University of Timișoara in inviting all interested professionals and entrepreneurs in the mobile field (but definitely not limited to them) to gather in the UPT Library, Monday, January 21st, starting 5:00 PM for a

The event will be a public showcase of the practical projects developed by the students in the final year of the BSc. cycle, in Information Technology, attending the Mobile Systems and Applications course lectured by Professor Marius Marcu and his younger collaborators Alexandru Topîrceanu, Claudiu Groza and Cristian Babău.

19 interesting projects developed by UPT students have been selected to be presented publicly in two parallel tracks: Utility and Lifestyle and Games & Entertainment Apps.

Specialist juries will evaluate the apps from the conceptual, technical and business/market potential points of view, generating the biggest part of the final grade the students will get.

The best team in each track will be awarded by ARIES-TM with expo tickets for this year's edition of Mobile World Congress!

The presentations will be followed by a networking event, sponsored by our friends in Zeno Media, facilitating the contact of the presenting students with the specialists in the audience.

As an attendance member, you will be able:

• to understand the overall professional level of this generation of students
• to assist to a dynamic program including interesting projects you could associate with as an adviser, promoter, business partner, or, why not, investor
• to pre-screen your potential future employees :)
