This isn't an event, but I just wanted to send this post out giving everyone an update:
Hey all, I'm posting to announce that I'm relaunching my Pathfinder 2e home-game group. Previously, I had a group going that boasted a fair number of people but for different life reasons, it slowly sputtered out. Even so, I've learned a bit about hosting/game-mastering tabletop and with that said, this is going to be a male-only endeavor. In thinking about it, men these days rarely have places where they can be themselves, joke around, and generally just have fun without scrutiny (of any kind, really). So I urge you to consider my newly reforming group, even if you aren't particularly interested in Pathfinder. The game itself is good, the rules are tight, and the world is pretty well fleshed out and engaging. But really I'm now hoping the tabletop is merely the excuse that some guys can have to take a load off, have a laugh and just relax from a stressful real world once every week or 2 weeks.
If you are a woman and think your man might enjoy this, please let him know. And yes, I can teach you the system very quickly, no tabletop experience necessary (the rules can get detailed but the basics are no harder than your average board game). Also I have a pretty nice TV-Table for playing the game on (pictured here).
