ROAD TO SENIORITY
If you're a person who loves creating amazing products as much as using them, this talk is definitely not to be missed! At the 53rd Tinel Meetup, we will go through a retrospective of a man who has been working on software development for 20 years.

This time we have Miro Svrtan as our guest, who expressed his desire to tell his story and help those who are currently on a similar path and with similar desires that he had when he entered the world of software development. A story that Miro didn't have the opportunity to hear when he started his career, and he regrets it.

How do you progress from working as a 'lone wolf' to a person who leads various community events, speaking all over the world, mentors and works on products that are loved by millions of people? Does the statement 'if you want to go fast - go alone, if you want to go far - work together' make sense? We look forward to hearing Miro's story, thoughts, and useful tips for building a career.

WHO IS MIRO SVRTAN?
Miro Svrtan is a senior software engineer, passionate about computers and making great products, who barely worked a day in his life. Besides co-founding ZgPHP meetup and WebCamp Zagreb conference, he is a frequent speaker at conferences and workshops.

You are all invited to a journey through a retrospective of Miro's life and an interesting story about his career development. We expect interactions, questions, and interesting discussion! The talk is, as always, free of charge. Join us on February 8 at the already well-known address - Lovački put 7, Split. See you!

If you've never been to Tinel, here's what you can expect:
Every single month, we bring prominent tech speakers to Split in order to distribute knowledge to the growing local tech community. During the Tinel journey, we joined forces with Digitalna Dalmacija, a partner who recognized the event's potential and started supporting the cause.
We emphasize networking and meeting new people who share your interests, so we strongly suggest that you arrive a bit earlier. Our event partners, LAB Split, Bokamorra, and Biberon Cakes, will ensure you are well-refreshed with complimentary pizza, craft beers, and delicious cakes.
