Jenifer Levini is a native Californian concerned with solving housing challenges. She sees tiny homes as part of the solution for facilitating affordable housing and providing sustainable living opportunities. She is a housing, real estate, land use, and business attorney. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. She is the author of “Building, Occupying and Selling Tiny Homes Legally” a #1 best seller on Amazon. Books will be available for purchase at the event. Admission is free.

About the University Club - This is a spectacular venue with amazing views from the highest building in downtown San Diego. There is a dress code. Wear your grown-up clothes. No gym clothes, flip flops, or torn jeans are allowed in the club.
