Tiny House Community Farm in Chapel Hill, NC that has been hosting Tiny House dreams since 2015. The Community Farm has become a cooperative with the last 1 lots for sale that can potentially be used for Tiny House. There are only 4 Lots and Owners in total. Each lot is approximately 1/5 of an acre and the community shares the remaining 3 acres. The catch? This is a community farm cooperative meaning that everyone who resides at the farm must be part of farming in some real capacity and there are so many great ways to meet the requirement. You can join in helping the community nursery or participate in the farming your own small farm products, herbs, flowers, microgreens, mushrooms, produce, etc. Funds earned by a resident's private farm are their own personal income and profits; Funds from participating in the community nursery are jointly shared by the participants and a portion of profits are used to help build and improve amenities for everyone.
