We meet each week to burn, shred and build! If a healthy life style is what you are looking to achieve then you are in the right spot. Work outs vary from week to week to keep it fun and interesting.
We might use Kettle Bells, Straps, Free Weights, Blocks, Exercise Balls or throw in some Yoga - all designed to have fun and reach you lifestyle goals.
