Cardio Burn - HIIT Class
Join our Community for Health and Fitness - each week we offer Cardio Classes and Yoga Classes. Each class offers multi levels so that you have the challenges you need to meet your health and wellness goals. Our instructors are well trained in their respective fields with the ability to teach to several levels. This class is a cardio class that changes up each month to keep the body and mind connected and challenged. The moves are suited for both male and female and build strength, stamina and burn calories. We add monthly fitness challenges as well that you can sign up for free - everyone connects daily to stay on track. Class Pass for Yoga and Cardio is 6 Classes for $48.00

We meet each week to burn, shred and build! If a healthy life style is what you are looking to achieve then you are in the right spot. Work outs vary from week to week to keep it fun and interesting.

We might use Kettle Bells, Straps, Free Weights, Blocks, Exercise Balls or throw in some Yoga - all designed to have fun and reach you lifestyle goals.
