The class will include discussion of meditation techniques and live guided mediations. There will be presentation of advanced concepts of Awakening to Enlightenment, gathered from Christopher’s studies on the esoteric teachings over many years. The class will intertwine meditation into the concepts of enlightenment.

Christopher Salomone began personal meditation 35 years ago and composes and conducts guided meditations for live audiences. He is also an author and public speaker and conducts workshops where he discusses principals of enlightenment from many spiritual teachers and Shaman Masters. His esoteric studies include the completion of Nassim Haramein’s Delegate Program in Unified Physics which is the study of the connection of all things in the Universe. He also has a special interest in channeled material that comes forward through gifted ones and has studied the information for many years. He is author of A Yogi’s Handbook - A Condensed Practical Presentation of Wisdom, available on Amazon in print or audiobook. He is a singer, songwriter and musician and the father of two boys.
