🇲🇾 A trip to KL!

[This trip require you to take one day leave on Fri, 30th June 2023]

KL recently completed quite a remarkable engineering feat by the completion of Merdeka 118 (currently the 2nd tallest building in the world after Burj Khalifa in Dubai). Along with The Exchange 106 and Petronas Twin Tower, KL now boasts having some of the highest buildings in the world, probably the highest concentration of tall buildings as well in South-east Asia.

On this trip, we'll visit a Heli Lounge Bar (a bar on a helipad) to marvel at this amazing skyline. Of course, we'll visit the usual places to visit in KL, like Bukit Bintang, the Twin Tower and sample Chili Ban Mian from the restaurant that invented this dish!

Flights:
Flights are not detailed here as you can choose whichever flights that suits you. The flight before 29th June is really expensive as 29th June is a public holiday in SG. There are still affordable flights if you fly out on the 29th PM time. On the returning date, you can choose to leave either on Saturday or Sunday, just book as you see fit.

Accomondation:
Not decided yet, will stay near Bukit Bintang. This will be updated in a few days.

Itinerary:
30th June (Fri):

08.30 am: Gather at hotel
08.45 am: Depart for breakfast at Restaurant Kin Kin (Chow Kit area), which claims to have invented Chili Ban Mian.
10.00 am: Visit 'I Love KL' statue (take group photo), visit Merdeka Square.
11.00 am: Visit Kwai Chai Hong (鬼仔巷). This is relatively new attraction, check it out on Google!
12.00 pm: Lunch (probably around Petaling St/Chinatown as it is nearby)
01.30 pm: Go visit Twin Tower and KLCC park
02.30 pm: Walk through the stretch of Bukit Bintang. This is the main shopping area of KL where all the actions are!
04.30 pm: Back to hotel, wash up
05.30 pm: Visit Heli Lounge Bar. We gotta go up before the sun sets, to view the city skyline. After dark, it won't look nice on your photos. Check out this bar on Youtube, the view is amazing!
07.00 pm: Go to Alor street for dinner
08.00 pm - 'till late: Go to Changkat Bukit Bintang for a bar visit. Recommended: Havana Bar & Grill.

Note:
The itinerary is only set for one day. So, for 1st and 2nd July (Sat & Sun), it'll be free & easy.
