About the Speakers:

Elad Shaviv, CEO Israeli Smart Energy Association ( is forward looking business executive, with global extensive relationships with C-level executives at both the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and the Energy markets. ​The Israeli Smart Energy Association (ISEA) ( a non for profit organization, which serves as a national platform bringing together local and global Smart Energy players and stakeholders to share knowledge, drive initiatives, and build partnerships.​

Eran Samuni is a VP R&D at Grid4C ( He has more than 15 years of experience in the software industry and over 8 years of experience in R&D management, both in large organizations and startups. Eran specializes in Machine Learning in the area of anomaly detection and predictive analytics over big data, and was responsible for the development of leading products of large software enterprises - from idea to deployment. Eran holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA. He is also the author of several patents in the field of anomaly detection.

Avi Feldman is a CEO of Capital Nature ( He joined Capital Nature in 2012, bringing extensive experience managing and funding programs in the public sector, and vast experience in leadership of entrepreneurship and startup projects. As the Founder and Director of the Regional Development Center at the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Labor (MOITAL) he led policy formulation of new economic development models (such as industrial parks, national research institutions, and special R&D programs for technology start-ups and SME’s) alongside serving as Israel’s delegate to the LEED and TDPC Executive Committees in the OECD.
Prior, Avi served as the Deputy Legal Advisor at MOITAL and Legal Advisor to the Chief Scientist, and served as director at the Governmental Start-Up Fund and of the Israeli Industry Center for R&D (MATIMOP). Avi holds a LL.M. (Law) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and EMPA from Syracuse University, NY, on a Fulbright scholarship.
