An MVP Story: Deciding on what not to do

Ideas are cheap. Good ideas are a little less cheap. Execution is expensive! The biggest challenge is to understand if your idea is desirable, and the second biggest challenge is to execute the desired idea in an awesome way, and all this before it becomes irrelevant on the market.

In this talk Ram Almog, CEO of RED and an experienced designer, will share how he validates ideas and makes tough decisions. In the MVP story, it is deciding on what to leave out that counts. You will find out what to do, what not to do and when to do.
