Join The Nursonal Trainer Walking Group for a relaxed evening walk through the FAVO Art Stroll. We’ll explore local art, enjoy live music, meet new people, and get some gentle movement in—without the pressure of keeping a certain pace.
This is a social wellness walk, not a workout or race. Come exactly as you are and move at a pace that works for you. All adults, fitness levels, and mobility levels are welcome.
