Toastmasters at Queens - 5:30 to 6:30pm

Thank you for your interest in joining one of our meetings! Toastmasters is a great opportunity to practice public speaking and develop leadership skills. At our meetings, we have both prepared speeches by members and opportunities for impromptu speaking by members and guests. Members learn that public speaking is an art and can be improved with practice no matter how one starts out. Feedback is also an important part of our meetings which is a critical way for members to improve their speaking skills.

Our meetings are welcoming and supportive in nature. If you are interested in joining us for a meeting we are currently holding hybrid meetings both in-person and online. The link to the online meeting is in this event description when your RSVP. The in-person meetings are held at the QCPU Boardroom in the Biosciences Building on Queen's University Campus, 116 Barrie St. Enter from the 1st floor west entrance on Arch St. Turn right and go through the glass doors. You might need to text the number on the sign after 5:30 pm if you are running late.
