Boaters Toastmasters is a welcoming and supportive club where you will learn to improve your public speaking skills in a friendly, professional environment.
We meet bright and early every Friday, so if you're someone who likes to get your day off to a positive start, then come along for a visit and see if this is the club for you.
You might be curious, unsure, anxious or champing at the bit to have a platform to hone your presentation skills... whatever your reason for thinking about joining Toastmasters, pop along for a look and a chat.
You’ll hear interesting and entertaining speeches made by other members and learn not only how to become a better speaker, but a better listener too. You'll also enjoy a lot of laughs along the way.
Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds and for various reasons, but all of us are there to raise our speaking game.
We pride ourselves on creating a fun and relaxed environment while taking a professional approach to what we do. This has seen us thrive over the years, and our club continues to develop and grow.
Meetings start promptly at 7am, so come along a few minutes early to find your feet and a seat.
