Logistics: Arrive 10-15 minutes earlier.

• Confirm your participation by the Wednesday before the meeting.
• Check in with building security in the lobby, who will give you access to the 2nd Fl.
• Check in with the receptionist on the 2nd floor. She will get you registered and validate your parking ticket.
• We validate the 888 parking structure tickets only. We don’t validate the other parking garage.
