Join us at New Horizons Toastmasters

Have you ever wanted to improve your ability to speak in front of an audience? Do you want to be able to communicate your message while captivating your audience? Have you ever marveled at certain speakers while wishing you could enthrall an audience as they do; well amazing speakers are made not born. Every Saturday morning at 8 AM at New Horizons, a fun positive group of people are becoming better speakers following our motto "Come for the fun stay for the growth." We aim to make our meetings fun and interesting by choosing entertaining themes such as Kangaroo Kourt, Halloween, and Pirates.
Our meetings follow the same structure every week with the club president giving a short speech, followed by the Toastmaster, the meeting organizer, introducing the theme of the day. Then people will give prepared speeches. Then a Table Topics master will challenge people to give short impromptu speeches. Finally, everyone will be given feedback to help them improve at the end of the meeting.
