Launceston Toastmasters

Launceston Toastmasters is a Toastmasters club meeting in Launceston on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. All welcome! No charge for visitors.... free light supper served.

We will be meeting from 7pm to 9pm at the Library Building, 8 High Street Launceston, on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month. Arriving at 6.45pm is best!

Good communication and leadership skills can change your life and the lives of those around you.

How well you verbalise your thoughts, and ideas, determines the impression you make on people and, ultimately, your personal success.

Toastmasters teaches you to organise and present your ideas logically and convincingly.

It is an environment where you are supported to develop self confidence in communication and public speaking so you can handle any speaking situation with ease.

Each meeting is structured to work on impromptu speaking, prepared speech projects and leadership skills. Speeches and meeting roles are evaluated for commendations and recommendations in an encouraging, supportive environment.
