### What happens in a meeting?
Our meetings are friendly, structured, and designed to help you grow at your own pace. Each session has three parts:
Prepared Speeches
These are planned in advance and usually run for 5–7 minutes. Members work on specific speaking skills, and the speeches are always engaging and diverse.
Table Topics (Impromptu Speaking)
This is where we practice thinking on our feet. You’ll be given a random question and speak for 1–2 minutes. It sounds intimidating, but it’s fun, supportive, and incredibly useful for real-life conversations and meetings.
Evaluations
Everyone who speaks receives constructive, encouraging feedback. Evaluations focus on strengths as well as clear next steps, so you always leave knowing what you’re doing well and how to improve.
