Toast of Celebration Toastmasters

We work on our leadership and communication skills by giving short speeches (6 Minutes) and giving evaluations of those talks. Also, we have some impromptu questions to round out our speaking portion. Additionally, we receive reports about our AHs, UMs, ERs, etc. We have a report on our use of language and even a timer to keep us on track. All these are small leadership roles that help us carry our leadership efforts into the real world.
